Phenomenology of the Mind and Phenomenology of the Spirit, by Hegel, are I think the same work, depending on your translation of ‘geist’. Virchow’s Cellular Pathology is a book, not an essay. I’m a little surprised by your Solzhenitsyn, wouldn’t A Day in the Life and Gulag Archipelago be the standard choices? Minkowski’s critical essay can be found in English translation with Einstein and Lorenz in “The Principle of Relativity” a collection of original papers.
